The Collector’s Cup – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing entry to The Collector’s Cup, you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Redvanly Corp., the organizer of the event.

The Collector’s Cup is a one-day, team-based match play golf event hosted by Redvanly Corp. in collaboration with Bettinardi Golf. The event will take place on Monday, September 22, 2025, at Bayonne Golf Club in New Jersey. All event details, including date, time, format, and amenities, are subject to change.

Entry to The Collector’s Cup is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, inability to attend due to illness, injury, scheduling conflict, travel issues, or inclement weather. Participant spots may not be substituted, sold, or transferred to another individual without prior written consent from Redvanly Corp.

Participants are solely responsible for making their own travel arrangements, including airfare, ground transportation, and lodging. Redvanly Corp. will not reimburse or be held liable for any travel-related expenses, regardless of whether or not the participant ultimately attends the event.

Redvanly Corp. reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel all or part of the event in its sole discretion. This may be necessary due to weather, safety concerns, venue changes, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of full cancellation, Redvanly Corp. may issue a full refund, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the specific circumstances, at its sole discretion. No other remedies shall be available.

All participants acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with participation in a live athletic event. Participation is entirely at your own risk. By attending, you release and agree to hold harmless Redvanly Corp., Bettinardi Golf, Bayonne Golf Club, and each of their respective affiliates, employees, officers, agents, and contractors from any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from or related to the event. This includes any injury or loss that occurs during travel, while on the premises, or as a result of participating in any event-related activities.

Participants agree to conduct themselves with professionalism and courtesy throughout the event. Redvanly Corp. reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant for inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, without refund.

By attending the event, participants grant Redvanly Corp. and its partners the right to photograph, film, and otherwise capture their likeness and voice. Redvanly Corp. may use such recordings for marketing, editorial, or promotional purposes in any medium, without further consent or compensation.

Event merchandise, gifts, and apparel included with participation are subject to availability. Redvanly Corp. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate sizing and product preferences but cannot guarantee exact matches or availability of specific items. No substitutions or exchanges will be offered.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the event or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in New Jersey under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

By completing your purchase and participating in The Collector’s Cup, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms set forth above.
