We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will admit any defective item for refund or exchange. All orders are refundable as long as product is returned in same condition it was received. REDVANLY will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount submitted for the original transaction, or issue store credit or an exchange within 60 days of purchase.

• Returns incur a $7 shipping fee, deducted from the original purchase amount and can be requested within 30 days of purchase. 
• Exchanges are free and incur no additional fees and can be requested within 60 days if purchase. 

All returns or exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
